Ostap Patyk (b. 1964) is a Ukrainian artist and lecturer. He was born in Lviv, the son of the renowned artist Volodymyr Patyk. He graduated from the Ivan Trush School of Applied and Decorative Arts in 1983 and from the Lviv Academy of Arts in 1995. He teaches painting at the Department of Design of the Ukrainian National Forestry University. He has participated in and initiated numerous exhibitions and art projects. He lives and works in Lviv.
