Olga Rapai (1929-2012) is a Ukrainian artist. She was born in Kharkiv. Entered the Kyiv State Art Institute at the sculpture faculty (1948). In 1953, she was arrested and spent two years in exile in Siberia. After the release, she completed her studies (1956). She worked as a sculptor at the Kyiv Experimental Ceramics and Art Factory (1956-1967), at the Art Fund of Ukraine (1967-1997). Participant of republican, all-Union and foreign exhibitions (since 1957). Personal exhibitions in Lviv, Uzhgorod, Lutsk, Chernivtsi. The works are stored in the National Museum of Ukrainian Folk Decorative Art, the National Art Museum of Ukraine, the Taras Shevchenko National Museum in Kyiv and other museum and private collections in Ukraine and abroad.
