Biography of the author
Makov Pavlo (born 1958) - Ukrainian artist, graphic artist. Born in St. Petersburg. Graduated from the Crimean Art College under M. Samokysh (1979); St. Petersburg Academy of Arts (1978); Kharkiv Art-Industrial Institute, Faculty of Graphic Arts (1984). Member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine (1988), Fyns Grafiske Verksted (Fynsk Graphic Workshops, Denmark, 1990), Royal Society of Painter-Printmakers (Royal Society of Painters and Graphicists, Great Britain, 1994). Corresponding Member of the Academy of Arts of Ukraine (since 2007). Participant in numerous group and personal exhibitions in Ukraine and abroad. Lives and works in Kharkiv and Kyiv.
